A white label solution is the easiest, fastest and most cost-effective way to give live access to sports tickets to your visitors and customers. Platinium Group allows you to keep the complete look and feel of your site, uploading your own template/design to ensure consistency between your website and the white label. Products on offer can also be tailored to suit the needs of our partners. You can choose to only promote one event, one sport, or all available. Your white label site is hosted on our dedicated secure servers with live connection to our reservation system. Your visitors have instant access to the selected event/sport’s tickets “directly on your website”.
Once you have registered and your application has been approved you will receive a unique Affiliate ID. Platinium Group will create a fully integrated ticketing platform with your website design, with online multilingual/multicurrency shopping basket in "white label". As an affiliate, you simply have to place a "TICKETS" link on your website MAIN MENU, and we do the rest ! When your visitors click on TICKETS, they are connected to your dedicated online ticketing interface. You earn a commission for each confirmed booking. Platinium Group is responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. Booking confirmation is sent to your customers and our team realizes all administrative tasks, process payments and cancellations, handle customer service, and shipping of the tickets directly to the client. Your company has nothing to do, except collecting the generated commission!
Your ticket “site” will be at the image of your website, giving your clients the complete feeling of booking tickets directly with you. This offers your customers an additional service, while providing you with a supplementary source of revenue.
Your Platinium Group Affiliate ID will be used to track all sales. All of our white label solutions come with an administration area (Affiliate Sales Platform), where our partners can track their sales LIVE. The Affiliate Sales Platform is a login secured section, where you will have live access along with statistics such as: booking details, total sales amount and total amount of due commissions. Thus, you can analyze the tracking reliability and transparency at anytime.
Unlike many others, Platinium Group provides a very attractive commission structure to ensure a profitable and fruitful partnership for both parties. Commissions are based on total ticket sales and are paid every two months. The given commission rate for any event is 2.5% of the ticket(s) amount, which represents in average between 25% to 50% of the total margin. The affiliate has the possibility to control his final rate by adding a ticket price (mark-up). Example: Ticket price: 500€ = 12.5€ of direct commission (2.5%). With a mark-up of 5%: Ticket price: 525€ = 37.5€ of total commission (25€ + 12.5€) Of course, a lower rate allows being more competitive, and therefore making higher sales volumes. Platinium Group highly advise not to use the mark-up option, or moderately.
Commissions will be credited to the Affiliate Partner via bank transfer, crediting credit card, or by check (within France and Monaco only). Platinium Group highly recommends every Affiliate to receive their commissions via Direct Crediting (credit card). The advantages in this case are no transfer fees, no banking delays, and immediate receipt of commissions.
